Current Opportunities
Research and Innovation Manager
This part-time Research & Innovation Manager role leads the planning, coordination, and execution of SPS research, innovation, and evaluation initiatives across a network of children's hospitals. The position serves as the operational lead for study implementation, IRB processes, protocol management, project planning, stakeholder coordination, and innovation pilots, helping ensure projects are compliant, well-organized, and aligned with SPS priorities. Working closely with investigators, hospital teams, clinical experts, external partners, and SPS leadership, the manager translates research and innovation opportunities into actionable projects that advance patient safety and healthcare improvement.
