Safety Improvement Advisor

The Safety Improvement Advisor partners directly with SPS member hospitals to strengthen patient safety and accelerate improvement efforts. Serving as a coach, facilitator, and trusted advisor, this role helps leaders and frontline teams apply improvement science, safety science, and proven practices to reduce harm and improve outcomes. Safety Improvement Advisors also support network-wide learning, collaboration, and implementation of SPS strategic priorities.

Safety Improvement Leader

The Safety Improvement Leader provides strategic leadership for SPS safety improvement portfolios and helps guide the network's approach to eliminating serious harm. Working closely with hospital executives, physicians, safety leaders, and improvement teams, this role advances improvement strategies, supports member engagement, and ensures alignment across SPS initiatives. The Safety Improvement Leader also coaches Safety Improvement Advisors and collaborates across SPS teams to drive system-wide learning and improvement.

Executive Support Project Specialist

The Executive Support Project Specialist provides executive support and project coordination for SPS leadership, helping transform strategic ideas into actionable plans. This role manages scheduling, meeting preparation, travel coordination, and leadership operations while supporting the development of new initiatives and partnerships. By bridging executive planning and project execution, the specialist helps ensure organizational priorities move efficiently from concept to implementation.
