Our work has highlighted our commitment to creating a safer environment for our patients and guardians and parents have positively commented on this work on follow-up surveys. “Quality is not extra work. Quality IS the work!”

How their team inspires one another:

How their patients inspire their team:

Pediatric patients are some of the most courageous and resilient patients! They motivate us to provide the safest care possible. Patients also express their appreciation and gratitude for the care they receive and this tells us that our work is positively impacting their lives and reminds us of our role in improving their care.
