Lara Wood, MN, RN, CPN, CPPS

Lara Wood is the senior associate clinical director for SPS and serves as the patient safety advisor at Seattle Children’s.

She brings over twenty years of pediatric nursing and patient safety experience, including roles in acute care and quality and safety leadership at Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital and Seattle Children’s. Lara holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Pacific Lutheran University and a Master of Nursing from the University of Washington Tacoma. She is a Certified Pediatric Nurse and Certified Professional in Patient Safety. Lara lives in Olympia, Washington, with her husband and two daughters.
